The IRLL partners with local initiators of tiny house villages and supports in feasibility studies for cities, neighborhoods and initiators.
Legal frameworks, financial due diligence and construction are targeted next to continuity and neighborhood resilience.
At this moment the IRLL is engaged in three projects aiming to offer about 20 – 40 tiny houses consisting of permanent tiny houses as well as tiny houses on wheels.
The research goes out to connected or off-grid placements in relation to the existing infra structure. Also, ownership and empowerment of end-users are part of this process.
Get in touch if you like to become engaged or interested in cooperation. We also offer tours and programs to interested delegations from around the world to learn and discover the COCREA method to develop innovative Tiny House Villages.
